The digital process for booking, managing the doors, and checking in and out was great. The location is excellent, right in the city centre, with public parking at Am Brill just 300 meters away. We booked two rooms that were supposedly the same, but one didn't have a dishwasher, which the website doesn't describe clearly. The rooms were good, though they need fresh paint. One room had a bad mattress, while the other had a perfect one. The TV in one room only had a few channels. If you book several rooms, make sure they're in the same building, since ours weren't. Overall, a good place for a short stay.

My room was 105, at the back, so it was quiet. I stayed for 4 nights and didn't see any cleaning service to make the bed or take care of things like that. The location is perfect, right in the city centre, with shops, bakeries and grocery stores just a few meters from the entrance. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need. The XL suite isn't worth it unless you're more than two people, since there's a sofa bed but otherwise a lot of empty space. Brepark Am Brill is the nearest parking and expensive, around 16€ if you arrive at 16:30 and leave at 7:30 the next day. Still, there's almost nowhere else to park. The apartment smelled of Asian food when I arrived and the smell was still there when I left, even after airing the room. The curtains don't reach the window sill, so some light comes through the gap, and there is some wear and tear and a few marks on the walls.

Someone came into my room while I was asleep, and he knew MY code to get in. When I ran after him, I saw him go into another room, so I assumed he was another hotel guest. There was no lock or chain to secure the door from inside. With no reception, all I could do was call support. They changed my codes that night, but I was afraid someone might get in again and didn't sleep at all. I should have called the police. The person on the phone thanked me for not involving them, which makes me think this may not be the first time it happened. Even after getting no compensation for the incident, the staff were the least helpful. I do NOT recommend staying here. I won't return or recommend it to anyone. 0/10 experience!

We parked at the nearby Brepark parking place, which said 10 euros for a day, but ended up paying more than twice that. It seemed we needed a day card or something, but there was no information in English. The suite is separate, new, clean, modern and well equipped, with a complete kitchen. It felt much better than a hotel room, and it's right in the centre. Everything is handled online, so there is no reception desk. You check in online and get passwords to enter the building, and that was very quick. The only issue with finding it was that the sign at the building entrance next to the dm store is very small.
