The staff were great throughout my stay, but the way party bookings are handled seems like a management decision, and I wouldn't come back. My first night was enjoyable. On the second night, though, I found ear plugs in my room. At lunch that day, children running around knocked the waitress's food out of her hands, and it landed on the floor. We had dinner plans already, so the party taking over the whole bar and restaurant didn't affect that. We tried to get a drink in the bar before bed, but were initially refused service. After we complained, we could order drinks, but had to take them to our room because we weren't allowed to sit in the bar. I don't think it's acceptable to leave no part of the bar or restaurant for hotel guests.

The restaurant food was more than perfect, with fair prices for the quality, and the service there was very good. The staff were friendly too. Rooms were quite large and reasonably equipped. The refurbished building is still pretty okay, though breakfast could do with more quantity. The minibar leaned heavily toward drinks, with very few snacks.

The staff were very nice and polite, and the hotel is in a great spot for the airport. The rooms are dated but clean, and only a standard room was available. I found the hotel expensive, with a costly minibar and no free water for guests. The restaurant looked nice, though its prices were really high too.

The landscape around the hotel is lovely, and you can borrow bikes there to take in the views. It's a handy place for Paderborn airport passengers, and the restaurant food is very good. The service is average and the standard rooms aren't the best, but I'd still recommend it.

I've just stayed here again for work. Breakfast is great, parking is free, and there is free WiFi throughout. It's quiet inside and out, and the location is ideal if you're flying from the airport just across the road. The rooms are basic but good, with no tea or coffee in them. Staff are friendly and attentive, the food is good, and there's a nice bar. You can get unlimited coffees at breakfast if you make it down. For me, the tea and coffee situation is the only downside. There's currently no Sky TV either, so it's German channels apart from the usual English news channels.
