We spent the weekend celebrating a birthday, and the hotel made it a really good experience with great service. The room was nice, the staff were friendly, and the surroundings were lovely. We also played 18 holes of golf. The course is hilly and challenging, but interesting. Strongly recommended.

The view from our nice room was lovely, though it had no fan. There’s no air conditioning as part of the hotel’s sustainability concept. At breakfast, the team could have paid more attention to clearing tables and making sure there was enough cutlery. For the price, I’d have liked a little better value.

I only stayed one night, but the hotel felt more like a 5* place. The room was very good, with fresh air, quiet, and a nice view of the golf greens. Parking is free, late arrivals are possible, and everything is close by. The staff were nice too. Breakfast could use a better tea selection and decaf coffee.

The setting is beautiful, and the rooms had good sound insulation and effective temperature control. Staff were polite and attentive. Wi-Fi came and went during conferences when lots of people were connected, and the EV chargers were initially unreliable too, though they eventually worked.

The surroundings are beautiful, and the staff were efficient and friendly. For this price range, though, some basics are missing, including 24-hour reception and room service. Our lowest-category room was small, with no proper desk, no stocked mini-fridge, and no coffee or tea facilities. Breakfast felt a bit sparse by German standards. The restaurant food was okay, but overpriced.
