10/10
The location is wonderfully peaceful and makes a good base for exploring Spreewald. We had dinner at the hotel's Konrad's restaurant, and it was absolutely delicious. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, and the rooms felt as good as new. It was a really nice, relaxing stay at this spa hotel.

10/10
Just outside Burg, the hotel is in a good spot. The rooms are modern and cozy, and the bathroom is especially modern. Everything was clean, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was a good buffet.

2/10
We booked four rooms, with two meant to have separate beds and two extra beds for the children. Instead, we ended up with three rooms with double beds, which was very confusing. The reception staff weren't very friendly either. Really bad service.

A cozy little hotel with peaceful rooms and a really comfortable, if small, spa. The restaurant is great too. It's a handy starting point for exploring the Spreewald region.

We know the hotel's restaurant, Konrad. The food is good, and the service is professional and attentive. They really focus on their customers.
