The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, making the place feel welcoming throughout my stay. A pleasant experience overall. Highly recommended.

The meat was fantastic at the large business dinner I attended. The restaurant was very busy, and the service was good, though not perfect. I think having more staff could have improved it, but there wasn't really anything to complain about with the food, apart from there being no vegetables, just salad.

Being right in the center made shopping easy, though it did get a bit noisy at night. I liked the room, and the water and complimentary wine were a nice touch. Breakfast was very good. I didn't try the other food outlets.

The staff were helpful and friendly, especially the manager, Ms Martina, who was very professional. I stayed two nights in Cloppenburg, Germany, and was very satisfied. The hotel was clean and quiet, right in the city center and only a few meters from the shopping area.

The breakfast had a good range of food, and the rooms were spacious. A really good hotel.
