We could park our e-bikes in the carport and charge them there, which we really appreciated. The owner welcomed us in person with a lot of warmth, said goodbye just as warmly, and even gave each of us a chilled beer when we arrived. Our ground-floor apartment was small but very cozy, with a little garden, table, chairs, and parasol, and all we needed for a relaxing holiday. It’s at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac but easy to reach, and a great base for cycling. Many thanks again, we’d recommend it.
Mr. Bartel was incredibly kind, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. We had a lovely summer week in the “For Two” holiday apartment. The owners’ good taste is clear throughout: it’s practical, with its own courtyard parking spot, but also thoughtfully decorated with antiques. We stayed for a week in the summer of 2021 and really loved this apartment. It’s furnished with care and feels high-quality, while still being in a quiet spot that isn’t cut off from everything. Our dog was welcome, and the owners were very friendly. Coburg is a wonderful region for a holiday, so we’ll be back soon.
The owner was very welcoming and friendly. He left us a bowl of fruit, and when our girls sat outside, he brought them comfortable chairs. Such a nice gesture. The apartment is in tip-top shape and easily big enough for five people. The kitchen has plenty of equipment if you want to cook properly.
Really nice holiday apartment. The market square is a 25-minute walk away, which is good exercise.
