The room was bright, clean, and cozy, with a big window looking out at the river. Staff were very friendly and humble, and handled our request with real care. Parking is right in front at first, then after check-in they'll give you a private spot up on the hill. You can walk to any attraction in about two minutes. The buffet breakfast is basic but pleasant, and the hot chocolate surprised me, it was the best I've ever had. Very peaceful overall.

The hotel has a strong focus on sustainability, which is great, and the room was modern and clean. Breakfast had tasty hot and cold options. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It's right in the middle of the old town, a perfect location. I'll definitely book here again next time I'm in Cochem.

We came to the restaurant for dinner, and the location was the best part. The steak was tough and hard to chew, and the service was surprisingly poor. Then the waitress asked for a tip, which felt so rude. Very disappointing, I wouldn't recommend eating there.

The hotel is very centrally located, and the rooms are clean and modern. Breakfast was decent. The receptionist was really helpful, though the self check-in setup wasn't user friendly. It would have been simpler to have the receptionist check us in directly.

Breakfast was very good, and the hotel is nicely situated, but there is no air conditioning. Our room was at the back, above a small street, and we could hear people talking loudly in the evening, night, and morning. The rooms aren't very large. Parking nearby is difficult, with a two-hour maximum. Separately, finding the castle was frustrating: the car navigation, Google, and road signs all failed to make the route clear, even though it's beautifully set in the valley.
