I’ve been staying at I apartments for three months and am leaving now. After getting such good vibes here, it wouldn’t feel right to go without writing a review. The housekeeping team always made my room clean and fresh, no matter how I left it. They’re so welcoming and friendly. Thanks to Robert too, who took great care of me even when I asked a lot. The atmosphere and the cleaning staff made the hotel feel more welcoming every day. Definitely a good place to stay.

I spent two months here and had a really good stay. The apartment was comfortable and clean, with everything I needed, including a washing machine and TV. Staff were friendly and helpful whenever I had a question or needed something. I appreciated their support and would recommend it for both short and long stays.

Avoid staying here. I travel a lot and have used serviced apartments, hotels, and Airbnb’s around the world. My experience with ipartment fell well below basic standards for cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. The apartment hadn’t been properly cleaned when I arrived. There was hair all over the floors, what looked like bodily fluids streaked on the bathroom walls, dead silverfish smeared on the artwork and elsewhere in the unit, and dust gathered under the bed where the floor hadn’t been vacuumed properly. The appliances were old and poorly maintained: the kettle leaked, and the shower caddy was broken with loose pieces. The walls didn’t block sound, so I constantly heard the person upstairs stomping around at all hours. There was also a loud, persistent bathroom vent that couldn’t be switched off. It was unhygienic, unpleasant, and unacceptable. See the photos provided. I emailed asking for basic cleaning supplies. My requests were ignored, or I was told I’d have to buy things myself, including dishwashing liquid, even though it was stocked and is standard in comparable serviced apartments. When cleaners did come, they didn’t do the basics properly. They left the empty soap dispenser unfilled and didn’t take all the trash. I’ve never had such neglected cleaning service. I checked other guests’ feedback and was dismayed, though not surprised, to find a long history of similar complaints. The replies promised action and improvements, but my stay showed nothing had changed. It suggests an ongoing disregard for guests’ comfort. I gave ipartment management several chances to sort this out privately and got no reply. Consistently negligent service.

A nice place to stay, with very good staff. Robert was especially helpful and supportive. I have one question about the money taken from my card: I was charged an extra EUR 22. I emailed about it but haven’t had a reply yet. Could you please look into it? Thanks.
