The room was comfortable and breakfast was delicious, but it's the owners' care for guests that really stood out. The husband and wife offered breakfast an hour early so we could make an appointment, then printed two forms we'd forgotten to print ourselves. We've rarely seen a hotel at this price take such good care of people. Bigger chains could learn something from Familie Bartsch. We'd recommend it to anyone visiting Dinkelsbühl.

Stopped by while visiting for the day and found a great spot. The food was amazing, and the service was even better. It's good for English speakers too. I'd definitely come back! 😍🤯👍🔥🔥🔥

It's very close to the city wall, with free parking right outside the door. The bathroom was fine and very clean, and breakfast was good, though the buffet presentation could be better. The bed was automatic and very good, but some of the other furniture seemed a bit old.

A nice place with large rooms and a decent breakfast. We went into town for dinner because the kitchen was closed.

The rooms are clean and the owner is nice. It's a bit old, but cheaper than other hotels in Dinkelsbühl.
