The location gets a 10/10 from me, but the room stayed cold all night in January. It was a large bedroom with just one small, old radiator, which couldn't warm it enough. I contacted reception and was offered an extra blanket. The internet also didn't work properly. It didn't seem like customer service or getting the rooms ready for guests was a priority.

The staff were a big help, and I'd gladly recommend this hotel. It's just a short walk from the main railway station, with plenty of shops nearby for supplies. Had a great stay.

10/10
There were lots of useful touches in the room, including a wardrobe with a mirror, kettle, fridge, TV, coffee maker, desk, chair, and plenty of sockets. The soundproof windows had something like air conditioning, so it didn't get hot at night. The room itself was comfortable, with a huge soft bed and a great view. The private bathroom was well designed and very clean. I'd definitely come back if I visit Dortmund again.

The breakfast was delicious, with lots to choose from, including fresh homemade food and fruit. After a long journey and losing my luggage, I arrived stressed, but the welcoming, helpful staff really comforted me. My room was beautiful and clean, and the bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby. Danke Shön for the lovely service and experience. I'll definitely return if I'm in Dortmund. God bless you all, keep up the good work, lovely people 🙏❤️
