The hotel was clean and very nice, in a decent part of town. Both the train station and streetcar stop are less than a ten-minute walk away. The staff were the best part. I accidentally left some clothes behind when I checked out, and they helped ship them to my address in the US. The shipping cost wasn’t too bad, either.

We had broken furniture in the rooms, and staff couldn’t help with half the things we asked about. The car charging stations didn’t work. Each attempt booked us 50€ without charging the car, and staff just told us to wait or try again. The pool was too cold, and it cost 5€ each time we wanted to use it. Parking was 15€ a night. Ridiculous.

The room was spacious, and the breakfast was amazing. Service was great too. I did notice dusty spots in the room we stayed in, though, and those could have used more attention. It was a pleasant visit, but better cleaning would make it even nicer.

The staff were nice, but there was no fridge in the room, and I noticed a smell in the toilet.

It’s a simple hotel with clean rooms and a very good breakfast, though breakfast is served at the adjacent hotel. You have to walk outside about 20m between the two. For a fee, you can also use that hotel’s sauna, fitness area, and swimming pool. Tram line 7/8 is about an eight-minute walk away, and there’s a bust stop right outside.
