We spent our summer vacation there with the kids in 2019 and were completely satisfied. Even with the intense heat outside, the basement apartment stayed quite comfortable. It was bright and welcoming, with functional furnishings, and we didn't lack anything. We really enjoyed the small, nicely landscaped courtyard garden, which everyone could use and which felt like a little oasis in the city. Communication with the owners was pleasant, and when we had a Wi-Fi problem, they took care of it right away. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely come back. :-)

Everything you need is there, and the apartment is very clean. The landlords are very nice too. We'll definitely come back.

This was our fifth stay here, and we keep coming back. The place is bright, roomy, and clean, and the landlord is lovely about accommodating our requests.

Getting into Dresden by tram is quick, even though the apartment is in a peaceful residential area. It's a gated community with plenty of greenery.
