The people were excellent, and the hotel is super convenient. There are great breakfast restaurants nearby, and gardens are 10 to 15 minutes away. The convention center is a 10-15 minute walk. If you eat here, book directly, since the German restaurant is great and the food's amazing. There's also a grocery store a five-minute walk away. I couldn't recommend a better hotel. If the wifi gives you trouble, tell management and they'll reset it.

Breakfast was amazing, with lots of options, and they can serve it as early as you need. The staff were friendly, and there's a bus stop right by the hotel for trips to and from the nearby airport. My first-floor room was quiet and spacious, with a comfortable bed. I chose the hotel for its airport location, but I'd stay here again for other trips too.

The main problem was the wifi. We couldn't get a usable, reliable connection, which is a real issue for business travellers coming for the nearby exhibition. For leisure, the location isn't as convenient for the city, though it's very good for the airport and conference center, about a 15-minute walk away. The rooms looked a bit dated but were spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful and arranged both an early check-in and a late check-out.

For a one-night stay before an early flight, this was exactly what I expected. The service and hospitality made me very happy. The room was small but just enough, with a very comfortable bed and a bright, clean bathroom. There's parking too.
