Apartment Düsseldorf Nord

The location worked well for me, with a tram stop just steps away and a couple of grocery stores nearby. I stayed at Apartment Düsseldorf Nord for a little over two months, from December to February, and found it comfortable for a longer stay. The room was quiet and easy to work in, and it had everything I needed for cooking. There was also a washer and dryer on my floor. Weekly housekeeping was done well, and the staff were always friendly. Management was helpful and quick to answer my questions. Check-in was simple, and the key card made it convenient to get in and out afterward. I had a very pleasant stay and would book again if I needed temporary accommodation that felt like home. Many thanks to the Apartment Düsseldorf Nord staff, especially Mark and Pasqual.

I've been waking up to drilling for a month now, so loud it's deafening. The building management doesn't seem to care and blames a company on a lower floor. Whatever the cause, the apartment management should have warned tenants. Stay away from this building unless you want the feel of living on a construction site.

For a decent price, this is a great place to stay, with a high-quality apartment in a really good spot and an indoor garage in the basement. The welcome at Haus am Zoo, where you pick up the key card, was very warm, and the service there was great.

The location was very good, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with excellent air and heating, and the bed and mattress were extremely comfortable. We stayed at Apartment Düsseldorf Nord for three nights, from the 21st to the 14th of January 2020. A highly recommended place to stay. Gabor Fekete, Hungary
