The room stayed cold despite my written request for a warm, or at least normally heated, room because I was recovering from recent surgery. On the first night, the older man at reception said the wall heater was already at full power and nothing could be done. It was still uncomfortable after an hour in the February cold. The next night, staff promised an electric heater within 20 minutes, but it never arrived; when I checked again, I was told there was nothing they could do. My discomfort came back, so I left the following day. The sheets and pillow had visible blood stains, and the bath towel was extremely worn, almost as if it had been used for decades. There's no hotel parking, and none around it. The closest parking facility is about 100 meters away and costs €19. The elevator only fits one person at a time. The hotel is small and well located, the staff were polite, and breakfast was satisfactory.

I slept really well in a quiet, spacious room. Breakfast got busy in the morning, but they refilled everything quickly. A great business hotel in a good location.

The staff made the stay feel so welcoming. They were kind and helpful, and even made us a cup of tea after long days of shopping and walking. We found the room spotless and generously sized. A kettle would've made it even better, though maybe that's just an English thing, lol. Breakfast was a delicious buffet with plenty of different choices, and you could take as much or as little as you wanted. The hotel is perfectly placed for walking into town and to the Christmas markets, with the different public transport networks right next door too. We'd definitely stay again and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Düsseldorf. Thanks for making us feel so comfortable and welcome! 🤩

I asked if I could keep the room until noon instead of leaving at 11:30. They said yes and even offered me a coffee. Really kind staff, and the breakfast was great too!

The city center location is convenient, but a room beside the street can be quite noisy.
