The staff deserve a mention: everyone was friendly, polite and accommodating, and the breakfast had plenty of delicious options. The location is handy too, about a 10-minute walk to the train station and 15-20 minutes to the old town, with lots of nearby places to eat and drink. We stayed this weekend and it was a really good find. I’d recommend it, and we’ll use this hotel again next time we’re in Dusseldorf. On Saturday night at 2am, a man banged on our hotel door. I told him through the door to leave, but he wouldn’t and kept saying “room service.” I was scared and upset, and had to hold my partner back from punching him. I called reception, and they moved him on in less than two minutes. I didn’t sleep well after that. It wasn’t the hotel’s fault, just some idiot trying his luck, and the staff handled it very well. Thankfully, we had no trouble the following night. See you next time 😀

We only stayed one night, but it was a very comfortable one. The room was large, the beds really comfortable and the shower was good. It’s an easy walk from the main train station, and we’d definitely stay again.

The bed was comfortable, and I got a quiet room on the street side. Breakfast was great too. I was part of a big group, so things were a bit chaotic, but Gabriel took the time to help me find my room without much of a wait. I was really impressed with the service. The hotel was clean, comfortable and well maintained, which made our stay pleasant. Check-in for all 18 rooms went smoothly and efficiently. Safa handled everything professionally and with a friendly attitude, making the whole experience seamless.
