Courtyard by Marriott Düsseldorf Seestern

I've been staying here for years, and it continues to be good value. The rooms are clean and kept tip-top, and breakfast is very good. Jayanthi and Voula pay close attention to what guests need. Reception staff are also especially friendly and make you feel at home, recognizing your membership status and doing a lot to keep your stay comfortable and stress-free. Thank you, Evangelia, Maria, Aminata, and Meysam. The location is quiet and convenient, with the U-Bahn and bus right outside. It's about 12-13 minutes to the center.

Julian restaurant was absolutely delicious, and each meal was better than the last. The staff were also amazing, especially Maria and Meysam, who were polite, friendly, and helpful. The team was proactive and had all my room requests in place before I arrived. I had a great business stay.

My flight was cancelled and I was sent here for an overnight layover. Maria and Evangelia at the front desk were accommodating, and check-in was quick. They clearly explained the services available that night. The room was clean and spacious. I'd recommend it for a short business stopover.

I booked a meeting room here and had a very bad experience trying to sort out the invoice. The woman at the counter was unfriendly and didn't smile. There was only one customer in the lobby, me, so I expected her to have the energy to offer decent service. I asked her to change the company name on the invoice. She worked at the computer for ten minutes, but nothing changed. The second time, she entered the wrong company name and refused to correct it. If a manager sees this, please consider whether this employee should be kept on. This happened on 12.02.2026, around 5:15pm to 5:40pm.
