When I arrived, there was no hot water in my room. I contacted the hotel right away, but they ignored my messages all through the first day. It became clear to me that the staff already knew about the problem, hadn't told me beforehand, and were deliberately putting off dealing with it. I wasn't moved until after 12:00 the next day. It seemed there were no rooms available on the first night, so they made me wait. This disrupted all my plans, and I had to carry my luggage between floors myself. The hotel refused to refund the first night, though I believe I'm entitled to one. The poor communication, lack of transparency, and basic customer service were frustrating. A hotel that claims to care about guests shouldn't handle things this way. I wouldn't recommend staying here, especially if you expect reliability and honesty from the management.

I'm a single Asian woman traveling for work, and this was a horrible experience. At 2:30 a.m., someone pounded on my door, yelling and waking me up. I was so scared I didn't sleep the rest of the night. The next day, another guest told me something similar had happened the night before. I didn't feel safe here at all. The reception or manager gave no proper explanation and didn't even say sorry. They said I'd made up the story, until another White Man guest came to confirm what had happened to me. Then they had nothing to say. After that, the manager complained that I was a difficult guest. This is an auto check-in hotel, and there was nobody at reception when I arrived. I'd messaged them weeks beforehand to clarify how check-in worked, but got no answer, so I had to call the day before. The manager said to my face, "I remember you, you are the guest who called us 15 mins asking the same question." Please don't stay here. It felt super unsafe, and the manager had a racist and dishonest attitude. The pictures look beautiful, but you could end up having an unforgettable, horrible experience.

Everything was tidy, and the hotel had all the amenities I needed. The staff were so kind and accommodating, and I had a wonderful stay.

We knew it was only a 3-star hotel and cost just 33€, but we still weren’t satisfied. The room felt poorly furnished, and the bed covers didn’t seem very fresh. There were only about five TV channels, and none were very exciting. Toothpaste and shower gel were missing, too. At night, a couple in the neighboring apartment shouted loudly in a language we didn’t understand, and nobody from the hotel staff came to stop the noise. The location was pretty central, but we wouldn’t stay again.
