It could be a better place with a little effort.

We were four people staying there last year, and I wouldn't recommend it. The first thing I noticed was holes in the wall. The bathroom was awful, even the toilet wasn't properly secured and wobbled. The kitchen was small, and the work surface was sticky too. I didn't get the impression that anyone checked the rooms between guest stays, as would normally be expected...

The Wi-Fi was there, but the connection was extremely weak. The place was dirty and unhygienic, and the shower only had hot water now and then. When we plugged in the TV briefly, it started to smolder. None of the rooms had smoke detectors out in the open, they were all hidden in cupboards. Absolutely not recommended.

I stayed in the ground floor apartment, and it was filthy everywhere. There were spiders and broken bed frames. The place was in third world condition and FAR AWAY!! If zero were an option, that's what I'd give it.
