Matirosa and Manny at reception made our anniversary stay at Hotel Asahi truly special. They were warm, professional, attentive, and took such good care of my wife and me. The room was excellent, comfortable, well-appointed, and just what we wanted. The whole stay showed real care and quality. Thanks to the entire team, especially Matirosa and Manny. We'd absolutely stay again.

Leon at reception was so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about local transport and places to visit. It was my second stay after several years, and my wife and I had a wonderful weekend. The rooms were comfortable, peaceful, and well maintained. The location is great for rail, air, or road travel, and close to the city centre and local transport. We'll certainly visit again. Thank you.

The receptionist needs to calm down with the personal questions. Every day he asks who my friend is, what we do together, how I earn money, and things like that. We're not best friends, dude. I'm your guest, remember that.

Avoid this hotel. Over 15 days, they never changed our sheets, even though we asked three times. We ended up washing the bedding ourselves and paying for it. They changed the towels only twice. When cleaners came to "clean the room," they rummaged through our personal things and took them. The room was filthy and full of bugs, and there was too much noise and too much smell in the hotel and nearby. It's near the main train station, but also too noisy and full of homeless people. The hotel workers were a disaster. I don't recommend it at all. If I could, I'd give it zero stars.

The service was really nice, and I loved the location. I only stayed one night, but enjoyed it. The rooms could do with a little fresh paint, though. Still, a really nice hotel.
