The employees were all extremely kind, well dressed, and eager to help. There was some confusion with the bill, but the receptionist sorted it out quickly. The breakfast buffet and helpful staff made the stay worthwhile, and I’d say INNSiDE will do for a short stay under 100 euros a night. Just don’t look too closely at the tile cracks. The room was smaller and in worse shape than advertised: cracked shower tiles, a broken light flush, stains on the windows and bed, and a wobbly table. The bed felt hard and cheap, though the pillows and blanket were nice. The room view was mediocre, but the one upstairs was gorgeous. It was fairly bare bones too, with prefilled shampoo and conditioner pumps, a 2-in-1 product, body wash, hand soap, and body lotion. No toothpaste, little soap bar, pen, or paper. There was a minibar with a few free drinks, and it seemed clear I could keep the bottle opener. If not, you didn’t read me saying I took it. The air conditioning was nice but seemed mildly broken, switching suddenly from very cold to very warm. Breakfast had lots of variety and was good, though it gets crowded from 8 to 9 AM. Most choices were meat or egg based, so it may not suit vegetarians or vegans well. I also had a two-course dinner at the restaurant, included in my booking, while drinks and extras cost extra. It was a good price, lovely overall, and the wine was tasty. The mango pumpkin soup, if I remember right, was divine. Staff were quick and polite, so the meal deal is worth it if you can get it. Communication with the front desk was frustrating. I tried three times to request something through the room’s QR code website and got no reply. Calling from the room phone eventually worked, but the line was surprisingly bad and it was hard to understand the person. The complimentary drinks on arrival were a fun surprise.

The room felt a bit cold and antiseptic, though it was clean and the bed was comfortable. I ordered an iron through the app, but it never showed up.

We had an à la carte dinner for four, and the service was great. The price for the quality was much better than expected. Ben, Sienna, and Ivan were friendly, attentive, and made amazing cocktails. Try a Mia Kirsch Special 😎

The rooms were clean, spacious, and modern. From the top floor, where breakfast and the bar are, the view is stunning. Breakfast had a good range, though the quality could be better. Parking was one of the main reasons we picked the hotel, but the garage on site has a 160 cm height limit that our car didn’t fit under, so we had to pay extra to park nearby. Reception could also be friendlier and more professional. A decent stay, with a few things to improve.
