The room was nicely decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with a nice selection. What stayed with me most was how friendly and helpful everyone was, from reception to the night manager and the breakfast buffet team. They were professional and welcoming. I had a very pleasant stay and would happily come back.

The hotel's look is really nice, and the location is great. I booked the large room for one night: the bedroom was a good size, but the bathroom was very small. The room wasn't soundproof at all, so you could hear everything. Staff weren't very friendly, apart from the kind woman at checkout.

The room was fine apart from the small bathroom, and breakfast was pretty standard, nothing special. I booked five rooms for work and paid for two of them. At checkout I asked for a receipt, and the receptionist said she'd email it. A week later, it still hadn't arrived. I called six times and only got the answering machine, then emailed too and still haven't had a reply. The customer service is why I'm giving one star. If you need a receipt and standard hotel service for a work booking, I'd avoid this place.

The hotel's near the city center, and you can walk to the Rhine in 10 minutes. But our room was super small, with nowhere to put our luggage, so we had to leave it on the floor and carefully step around it. The bathroom was tiny too, and there was mold on the floor.
