Communication with the women in the office was very difficult, and our contact people seemed quite strange. We were told not to heat too much in winter, and if family or anyone else stayed the night, there was an extra charge per night. For over 2000€ rent, the living room and bathroom could really use renovation. The weekly cleaning fee didn't seem to cover real cleaning. They changed a towel and made the bed, and even counted each towel. We couldn't choose the cleaning day either, so they came whenever they had suggested. The place itself is nice and right by the Rhine, but I don't think it's worth the money.

The room itself was nice, but the key wouldn't work, so getting inside took 15 minutes.

The woman in charge wasn't kind or very helpful. She said she'd charge less if I moved to another floor, but after I did, she started making all sorts of excuses.

We booked a 60-square-meter apartment for a month, but when we arrived they handed us keys to a room of just 35 square meters, which was twice as small and clearly not for two adults. We were told, "this is free, there is no other!" I consider doing business this way unacceptable and illegal. I hope the complex's owner sees my comment and draws conclusions.

The service was great, and all the employees were so respectful!
