We were visiting boot Düsseldorf with our baby, and being able to check in early meant a lot to us. The apartment is only a 2-3 minute walk from the fair, with a nearby station and very good city transport links. It was clean, cozy and quiet, and really felt like home. We’d choose it again.

The location is excellent if you’re staying for the exhibition. The beds are standard and OK, though the place needs updating. We’ve called the service number four times in four days, and each time they said they’d call back. They still haven’t. Come on, Parkside, you can do better.

The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly, with a beautiful park nearby that’s great for walks. The apartments were spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The city center is easy to reach, just two minutes by tram, which takes you straight there.

I’ve stayed here every year for five years, in different apartments, and they’ve all been great. They’re clean, the beds are comfy, and it’s very close to messe. I can’t recommend it enough!

The location was convenient, but almost everything else made for a hugely disappointing stay. There was no heating, and it was so cold I had to sit inside wearing my jacket. I tried reaching them several times by WhatsApp, Booking and email, and got no response or support. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, the furniture was outdated, and the bed was uncomfortable. The shower was crammed into a bathtub under a slanted roof, so I couldn’t stand up properly. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
