The staff were the best part for us. Everyone at reception was kind, lovely, and really helpful. The hotel and rooms were clean, and the place feels more star rated than it is. We were in a family room with three people, but storage was limited, and the lack of a fridge was a real drawback. A mini fridge can make a big difference for a family. The location near Düsseldorf Central Station is very convenient, and we appreciated the nice service. A tip if you're booking: their own website had prices that seemed much better than booking or other sites.

We paid €75 for the room for one night on May 24, 2026, which seemed very reasonable. Both the hotel and our room were very clean, and the air conditioning worked well. The station is just a five-minute walk away, while the city's social and tourist attractions take about 30 minutes to reach on foot. There's a Turkish restaurant two minutes away. Breakfast soup was amazing. Our room faced the station, so there was a faint sound of trains with the window closed, but none of us minded and we slept really well.

The breakfast had everything you'd reasonably expect and was very nice. I also liked having desks and a decent amount of sofas and seats in the lobby, which worked well for getting some business done. The minimart there was useful for little needs, though a bit expensive. The area seemed safe, and there were restaurants and shops on the surrounding blocks. Block House by the train station is always a good dinner choice. This hotel lived up to what I expect from the brand for a few business nights. Being next to the station was a big plus for my daily trips to the Messe. My room faced the tracks, but I couldn't really hear them. I forgot to take more pictures. I'd come back.

The room was good, though there was no minibar. It's a nice central hotel, and while the walk there has a bit of a back alley feel, I felt safe. It's a smaller place, so I almost never had to wait for the elevator. There's also a handy little snack section at the entrance for when you're hungry or thirsty.

The room had plenty of space because it was set up for a wheelchair user. The parking at the hotel was very expensive, so we used the station car park instead, only a couple of hundred yards away. We appreciated that the staff spoke English, though we had tried using our German. Check-in took a long time, and our three rooms ended up on three different floors. I could partly understand that with an all-male group, but at an average age of 50 it felt like too much precaution. One room key didn't work, which seems to be a recurring Premier Inn problem. We couldn't get any flexibility on the room we didn't need, which was fair since we hadn't paid for it. But we also got no flexibility on breakfast when we had to leave too early, and they didn't offer to prepare anything for us to take. The instant coffee and cream in the room were undrinkable for the two of us who tried them. A solid budget option, but next time we'll pay for more flexibility.
