The hospitality really stood out. Even as a first-time visitor, I felt a family-like atmosphere, and the hotel is friendly to both people and dogs. For a 3* hotel, this is a real gem, with spacious, beautifully designed rooms and comfortable beds overlooking the Baltic Sea bay. The nice sandy beach is just steps away, and there’s also a dog beach within walking distance. Breakfast in the historic ballroom had everything you need to start the day. I’d appreciate a better hairdryer in the room, or one to borrow at reception, and a brush and sweeper so I could clear the sand from the floor myself. Those are minor suggestions and don’t affect my rating.

The beach was beautiful, and the bed was nice and cosy. The staff were great, and breakfast was amazing, one of the best I’ve had, and I travel around for work as a consultant. Tip: take a morning swim to wake up.
