Göbel's Sophien Hotel

Alban and Beate from the service team really made us feel at home, and everyone else we met was super friendly too. We had a couple of relaxing, enjoyable days here. The hotel is central, but our room was quiet. The food was very good, especially the excellent Bauernschnitzel, and breakfast was good as well.

Eisenach is a lovely little city, and the hotel is right in the center. We stayed at Göbel's Sophien Hotel shortly before Christmas. The staff were outstandingly friendly and helpful, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. Our room was modern and clean.

For my business trip, I stayed one night. The room was modern, quite spacious, and good, and restaurants were within a reasonable walk. I ate at an outside restaurant because the hotel didn't have good beer options. Parking was available, though it was almost full and a bit of a struggle. Breakfast was good too.

The restaurant was a real plus. I had a beef steak that was tasty and really good. My room was spacious and clean for my one-night stay, and the bed and pillow were great. Also, the air conditioning kept working even when the room card wasn't inserted.
