The room was nice and clean, but there was no reception staff. Breakfast was okay, though the choice was a bit limited. There’s no parking, but public parking is free after 16:00 until 08:00 the next morning. Downstairs there’s a tiny kitchen room with a kettle and a fridge selling a small selection of drinks. The light in there didn’t work, and there was no food available.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Bamberg isn’t far away.

Everything else was good, apart from a smell of things that seemed unused.

I’ve stayed here many times, and it’s always a lovely guesthouse. It’s right in the town center but still peaceful. Breakfast is fantastic, and the welcome is warm and friendly. The owner, Katharina, is attentive and accommodating.
