The apartment is right in the center, and the neighbor who showed us in was lovely and helpful. The condition inside was disappointing, though: it wasn’t clean enough, the furniture was badly damaged, and the beds are completely worn out. The slatted base left my whole body aching. The spiral staircase could be tricky for older guests, though it’s manageable, and the bathroom needs a full renovation. There are also two high steps up into it.
