We booked one night and told them when we’d arrive. At the hotel, we called the owner to let us in. She said she would come, but nobody showed up, and after that they stopped answering our calls. We couldn’t get into the room and had nowhere to stay that night. The next day, they cancelled our reservation.

The hotel is in an industrial area, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work. There was no bathroom in the room, and the basement room we were given had almost no windows. The king-size bed came with just one blanket for one person. The photos don’t show the actual situation, and it was highly overpriced. Nobody is there when you arrive, so you have to call the owner several times. Other arriving guests even knocked on our window because they couldn’t reach the owner. Never again.

I’ve stayed here twice and like the location, close to places I enjoy. It’s comfortable for a low-budget stay, and the beds are comfortable too. The second time I found it cleaner than it had been a year earlier.

It’s more like a dorm than a hotel, with no toilet in the room and lots of mosquitoes.
