Astrid made booking by phone from the plane easy, even though I was scrambling to find somewhere to stay before landing around 8:30 pm. She was warm and friendly, and nothing seemed like a problem. I arrived in my "FreeNow" ride at 9:45 pm. The place was quiet, but inside the grand iron and glass entrance, I found a registration form with my name and a key waiting in the lobby. My room was neat, clean and comfortable. The view and surroundings the next morning were great. At breakfast, the coffee was delicious and the simple food was tasty. Astrid was there again, answering my questions in a caring, easygoing way. I was visiting for work, but would happily come back for fun. Thank you.
