The Apfelstrudel was the highlight of our meal at Südtiroler Stuben. Served warm with plenty of vanilla ice cream and whipped cream, it had flaky pastry and a rich apple filling with just the right sweetness and spice. It was the best we’ve ever had, and we can’t wait to return. The room felt cozy and welcoming, and the service was excellent too.

We really enjoyed the lake view and the food came in generous portions. The restaurant itself is beautiful, and the waitress was friendly and on top of everything. My favorite was the Apfelstrudel with (Bourbon!!) Vanilla Ice Cream. So delicious. Definitely worth a visit.

I had a really tasty fish plate with fresh vegetables and potato, and enjoyed every bite. The staff were welcoming, especially my Kosovan waiter, who was the best. On a lovely summer day in Germany, Südtiroler Stuben by Baldeneysee is a great place to eat, with a nice lake view and breeze. I’ll definitely come back.

A nice spot for coffee with a view of Baldeneysee. I had regular coffee with Milch, and there was enough for two. Quick service and friendly staff.

The waitress was lovely and the place itself is nice, but the food was a letdown. The cooked meat was bland and looked like something you’d eat when you’re sick. The burger was just meh, and the pasta dish, I can’t remember the German word, was edible but oily and didn’t seem fresh. Nothing tasted good.
