A simple, clean, and good place to stay, with a pleasant breakfast room overlooking Oberstdorf. It’s just a short walk into the center of Fischen, and the price is good for what you get.

The breakfast buffet was great, with a machine for coffee, espresso, latte, and more. It’s an excellent guesthouse, and the rooms are beautiful, clean, and have large balconies.

Those were the best mattresses I’ve ever slept on in a hotel. Everything was super clean, and breakfast was great. I’d go back anytime!

The location was good, the staff friendly, and everything very clean. There are a few drawbacks: arrival is only possible between 2 pm and 6 pm, TV programming is limited, and payment is cash only.
