We found the hotel online while looking for somewhere in the area to celebrate, even though we hadn't visited before and don't live in Flensburg. I got married there this weekend, and the experience went beyond what I expected. The staff took care of every little detail and made each moment feel special. Everything looked elegant and beautiful, and all our guests enjoyed it. We didn't have to worry about anything because they made it all happen. The breakfast buffet was complete and delicious, and all the dinner options tasted delicious too. I can only recommend it.

Hotel Columbus in the hotel was a highlight, with very good food and excellent service. There are also plenty of other places to eat nearby. The hotel itself is beautiful and cozy, right on the harbour-side in Flensburg, with large, luxurious rooms and maritimee decor that pays attention to the details.

A really nice hotel, absolutely flawless. There is plenty of parking, and that includes EV chargers.

The rooms get extremely hot, and in many of them the windows don't open far enough to cool things down. When I asked for a cooler room, the receptionist came across as slightly condescending and called it a downgrade. I asked whether the price difference would be refunded and got a blunt "That is not possible". With prices this high for the location, that's terrible customer service.

10/10
Parking was a handy bonus, including a charging station for electric cars, and the old harbor location was charming, with picturesque views and a peaceful feel. I recently stayed at Hotel Hafen and had a fantastic time. The rooms felt fresh, modern, and comfortable, and the employees were friendly and attentive, making sure my needs were handled warmly and efficiently. The restaurant in the hotel was amazing, with dishes that exceeded my expectations. I'd highly recommend Hotel Hafen for a memorable stay in Flensburg.
