Landhotel Dohlmühle

We had a wonderful stay in the tower room, and two nights would be worth it. The room is incredible, and the surrounding fields make for a lovely sunset walk. The steaks were out of this world, and the wine was delicious without being too expensive. Everyone on staff was friendly. The same chef made dinner and breakfast, and came out to talk with us afterward. I was very disappointed that winery tours and tastings only run for groups of at least six. We chose the hotel partly for the winery, so not being able to visit was a letdown. The spa also has limited hours, from 16:00 to 21:00, and requires 30 minutes' notice. That's not very convenient if you're only staying one night.

A lovely, very clean place with a comfortable room. We stopped for the night on our way to the alps. Breakfast could be better. I can see the focus is on wine, so I'd come back if I have time. Thanks!

We stayed in room 6, The Tower Room, for one night in June. It was amazing, spread over two levels with views in every direction, and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the wine shop was excellent. We had a great meal at Antonietta's steakhouse, beautifully presented, and ate outside in the lovely garden setting. We enjoyed the stay so much that we'll come back.

We stayed one night at this beautiful place while traveling from South Germany to England. The property is nicely presented, the people are lovely, and the food was great. We had breakfast, though we wish we'd eaten at the restaurant too. The shower alone is worth staying a night for!
