The wedding reception had a wide selection of wines that felt really well balanced, and that rounded out a great experience. The standard rooms were in excellent shape, breakfast had plenty of choice, and the service was very friendly. It has a family-run feel. Reviews can differ a lot, but for me this winery deserves up to five stars.

The wine tasting, cellar tour, tarte flambée, and even the delicious hiking backpack made for a fantastic stay. We were there for three days and felt at home the whole time. Lovely rooms, a great breakfast, and very friendly staff, plus excellent wines. Thanks again for such a wonderful break at your winery.

The picnic backpacks included in our package made for a fantastic day in Alzey, and we were especially happy to have them. We also brought home a few cases of the delicious wine. At Meyerhof in Flonheim, the winemaking family made us feel very welcome, and the whole weekend package, with wine tasting and tarte flambée, was so well organized that we didn't need a thing. The modern, comfortable rooms and excellent wines were lovely, while the presentation and cellar tour were fascinating and informative. Beautiful setting, warm hosts, fair wine prices, and a festive atmosphere. Highly recommended! 🍷✨

Never again Meyerhof. At the Bonn Wine Festival, my girlfriend had already remarked on how rude the man was when she ordered wine. Later I went to return our glasses. Nobody acknowledged me at one side of the counter, so I moved around to the other side of the stand. One glass broke as I set it down, and the owner threw it away. I was left holding the other glass until a server eventually came over and charged me for it. When I spoke with "the owner," he said he didn't remember me returning a second glass. If dealing with customers isn't for me, I should stay away from wine festivals.
