The room was far too dirty. The bed hadn't been made and had no pillowcase, there was rubbish in the basket, webs everywhere, and no toilet paper. The towels were dirty too. I didn't want to touch anything. The WiFi didn't work, and nobody spoke English.

It's in a really nice location and was clean. The staff weren't impolite, but communication and information from them were awful. They either didn't respond at all or replied without knowing the details.

There was free parking on site, but no breakfast. When I arrived, nobody was there, so I had to call to get access to a key locker.

The view of the river and Poland was great, and it was only a five-minute walk to the centre. The staff were friendly, though they were away from the property most of the time.

I couldn't get hold of the host, and there were no instructions for collecting the key. Nobody answered the phone. This was a horrible experience, stay away from this place!
