Hamburger Hof Hotel

We were very satisfied with our two night stay. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the facilities were clean and well maintained. Staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful, while breakfast offered plenty of variety with friendly, attentive service. The hotel is directly across from the main train station, so transport is convenient. Many attractions are walkable, which made sightseeing easy. Highly recommended for a Frankfurt visit.

I booked for the convenient location near the central station and the exhibition, and didn’t expect much else. The staff changed that completely. Their warmth, care, and genuine kindness made a simple stay feel almost like home. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and pleasant, but it’s the people who make it special. I’m grateful for such an unexpectedly human, heartwarming experience. ❤️

The reception staff were welcoming, and the hotel itself was okay. My room was small but clean and comfortable. The location is right beside the Bahnhof, so there are quite a few strange people around. The police station is only a few metres away, though, which made the area feel safe.

I could get around Frankfurt’s attractions easily from here. The short walk to Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof made public transport convenient, whether I was heading to a meeting or out to see the city. From arrival, the staff were professional, warm, and keen to help, and check in went smoothly. The rooms are modest in size but exceptionally clean and well maintained, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. Hotel Hamburger Hof brings together a handy location and attentive service, making it a strong choice for business or leisure travel.
