Getting around was easy from this convenient location, and the hotel had a calm, welcoming feel. Housekeeping did a great job, too. Our room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help, and Nikita at the Front Desk was especially helpful. I had a wonderful stay and would gladly return or recommend it to anyone after a comfortable, hassle-free visit.

What stood out most was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and professional, and rooms were cleaned every day without us having to ask. The rooms were spacious, there was no security deposit, and breakfast was included regardless of where you booked. The fruit at breakfast was very fresh, though the bread was served cold. I was especially happy with the service, which is why I gave five stars. The hotel is in an older neighborhood, and public transport was infrequent. It’s only a few stops from the main train station, but weekend buses came just every 30 minutes, which could really disrupt plans. The facilities also felt quite dated: dim lighting, peeling wallpaper, and some exposed wiring. When I asked for slippers, staff tried to find some but said they were out of stock. City Tax has to be paid separately at the front desk.

We stayed one night with the kids, and the breakfast spread was good. The receptionist helped us with our food delivery and said we could eat in the hotel dining area using their plates and cutlery. We hadn’t expected that, and it made things much easier with children. Staff were helpful, and check-in and checkout were easy. The rooms felt dark because there was very little lighting. Otherwise, we had a good stay.

For two nights, this was a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and quiet, breakfast was enjoyable, and the young man at the front desk was really friendly. No complaints.
