Ipartment Frankfurt City Centre

Valentina, the building manager, was so kind, helpful, and welcoming. Thanks, Valentina, for everything! We loved staying in ipartment in Europaviertal and would recommend it to anyone visiting Frankfurt. The accommodation was very clean, with new furnishings, underground parking, and fast Wi-Fi, all in a fantastic location.

I've reported the heating problem in my apartment for two weeks, but it still hasn't been fixed. A technician tried once and wasn't able to resolve it, and I feel the staff aren't pressing the technical team enough to get the work done. Temperatures are about to fall below zero, and I'm already freezing at night. I'm very disappointed and hoping for urgent action and an effective repair. It's absurd to be dealing with this almost in winter, especially in a new building. I hope I can update this review to five stars once the heat is finally working.

I'm disappointed. Some of the room equipment was damaged: doors or windows wouldn't close, and water leaked from the shower. There was no air conditioning or ventilation in the rooms. Late at night, conversations from restaurant customers downstairs were loud, as was the roar of the fire department across the street.

We stayed in ipartment Frankfurt Europaviertel for a month last November, and the apartment had literally everything we could ask for. Bus, tram, and U-Bahn stops are all within a five-minute walk. Skyline Plaza is nearby too, so we could easily shop for groceries, clothes, and electronics. Valentina, the manager, was the best part of our stay. She was so friendly and helpful throughout, and we can't thank her enough. We'd definitely stay again on our next trip to Frankfurt. Thank you, Valentina, and hope to see you again!
