Alte Oper, Main Tower, and beautiful old architecture are all right nearby, so the location is hard to beat. Our spotless, neatly organized room was on the 4th floor, and the hotel felt super clean and modern. Housekeeping did an amazing job. We had a wonderful stay!

We spent four nights here, and it felt like the perfect hotel for us. The room was spacious, very clean, and modern looking, with a coffee machine. Staff were really friendly and helpful at check-in. Breakfast was wonderful even for those of us eating vegan or plant-based, and costs €24 per person if it isn’t included in the room rate. The location was convenient, about a 20/25-minute walk west of the old town area around Römerberg and a 7-minute walk north/east of the main railway station. Alte Oper and the main shopping areas are an easy walk away, and the underground is nearby too. There’s also a small fitness room, though I didn’t use it since we did so much walking around the city. Highly recommended.

Thy deserves a special thank you. She was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Anila at reception was incredibly kind and supportive too, and the whole team made our stay pleasant, relaxing, and well organized. We had a wonderful time at the Holiday Inn Alte Oper in Frankfurt, conveniently close to the main station. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Frankfurt.

Mohammed made the bar feel especially welcoming. He was an amazing host, gave our group top-tier service, and created a great atmosphere. The hotel was clean and comfortable, check-in went smoothly, and breakfast was good. I had a great stay at Holiday Inn Frankfurt and highly recommend it.

Breakfast was a great start to the day, with plenty of tasty choices, and the relaxed atmosphere was child-friendly, so the whole family enjoyed it. The staff were excellent, especially Anselmo, a very friendly man who made us feel truly welcome.
