We picked this hotel because we had an early train to Paris, and that worked out well. It's directly across from Frankfurt's Main Train Station, with trains and the subway easy to reach. Shops and convenience stores are also within walking distance. Excellent location.

The kitchenette was compact but had everything we needed, and the room was clean and neatly presented. Check-in was easy and the staff were great. The main bed was very comfortable, though the sleeper beds had a slightly intrusive back support. It's about a 15-minute walk from the airport, and I'd definitely stay again.

The staff were the highlight of my stay. It was my first visit to Germany, and they carefully explained the famously complicated DB system. My reserved train was affected by a “Line Closure,” but their clear, friendly guidance helped me catch it without trouble. I spent one night here before heading from Frankfurt to Berlin. The location is appealing, the facilities are well maintained for the price, and after checkout I could store my luggage and comfortably explore nearby.

Breakfast offered lots of variety, and my room on the seventh floor was spacious, clean, and quiet, even though it faced the street where the Flixbus stops. Before I arrived, the hotel sent me a link to check in online. Once I finished, I received a QR code that I scanned at the lobby computers to pay and get my keys. I stayed for two nights and highly recommend the hotel.

The internet was horrible, which is frustrating when you're travelling for work and trying to send an email. I know rooms fill up during messe fair season, but other hotels were packed too and didn't have the same issue. Please get it sorted. The location itself is perfect for anyone with luggage, right opposite the side entrance to Frankfurt main station.
