Panorama Hostel

We left and booked another hostel because the room was filthy and there was no one at the front desk to ask for fresh bedding. The shower was cold and had no door, so water sprayed across the floor. After our first night, I had bed bug bites all over me, with ugly red swelling. Terrible hostel, I’d advise never booking here.

Bedbugs in the mattress made the stay unbearable. The furniture was worn and damaged, the walls stained, and the bathroom in terrible shape. Everything looked neglected and broken, and the whole place was extremely dirty. Awful experience. I’d never recommend staying here. Avoid it.

The staff were unfriendly, and the whole place looks worn and dirty. The shower swings between very cold and, sometimes, very hot water. There are so many bed bugs in the very unclean beds. Don’t stay here.

The rooms and shared areas were visibly dirty, dusty, and poorly kept, and then they tried to overcharge for everything. The staff were unprofessional from the moment I arrived, seeming uninterested and unhelpful. They gave me very little information, ignored simple requests or responded with an attitude, and showed no regard for service. I travel often and know hostels are usually budget places that may lack luxuries, but Panoram Hostel in Frankfurt was far beyond disappointing, one of my worst stays.
