Premier Inn Frankfurt Westend Hotel

We’ve booked this hotel for our team ever since it opened, and I can’t picture us staying anywhere else. The location is great, and the simple rooms are spotless. Most of all, the team works incredibly hard to make everything right. Huge thanks to Natascha and her team for another successful year. We’re already looking forward to seeing you again in 2027.

The staff were genuinely kind and helpful, always looking for a solution, and I’d happily stay here again. The hotel is centrally located, and the room had everything I needed. One small personal preference: the bathroom and toilet door is glass, which felt a bit unusual to me.

What stood out most was the staff, who were extremely cordial and willing to go the extra mile. Special thanks to Mario at reception for being so helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and it’s easy to get to public transport from this great location. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in so far.

The room was uncomfortably hot, and the air conditioning didn’t work. Flutura immediately helped by unlocking the window for me, and honestly I’m not sure I could have stayed without that. She was attentive and kept finding solutions, which made all the difference. She also handled several emails patiently and professionally when our room assignments and guest list changed. The staff at this Premier Inn were outstanding. The room itself was fairly basic, with no phone or fridge, and arranging a taxi meant walking next door, which was inconvenient. The amenities left something to be desired, but Flutura’s service salvaged what could have been a difficult stay.
