Mosel Hotel

I was there for a couple of summer nights. It’s very close to the main station, the staff seem pretty chill, and the prices can be alright. But the room was stuffy and had no air conditioning, and both it and the bathroom were in somewhat rough shape. The rooms smelled of cigarettes despite being non-smoking, the street and room were noisy around the clock, and the surrounding area wasn’t very nice.

They don’t allow visitors after 10 PM, saying it would disturb other rooms, even though it’s already so loud outside because of alcoholics and addicts. Then they charge €20 for your visitor. What a rip-off! The walls aren’t soundproof, either. You can hear people’s footsteps as they go upstairs. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The area doesn’t feel safe.

I stayed for six nights recently. It’s clean, new, and has been fully renovated, and it’s very close to Frankfurt’s main train station. There’s no breakfast, but the station is just a few minutes away, where you can get coffee, baguettes, and more. For an affordable price, it’s a great option for a traveler. Elazar

Apparently I have more money than Oprah and still gravitate toward garbage hotels. This place really puts the “class” in “classy”: a free rat crossing the floor every night, cardboard-box-sized living space, and hay-bale beds. The continental breakfast was more like continental breakshit, with balls and wieners for breakfast, which isn’t for everyone. If you’re a dyslexic scumbag with $3.00 to your name, it’s a great night for the price. 7/5 stars!
