The room was clean, and I really appreciated finding five complimentary drinks in the fridge. The blanket was laid out a little strangely, though, and the shower curtain let water splash out easily. There was renovation work in the building, so it could get noisy. I only stayed Sunday night to Monday and it didn’t bother me much, but it may be worth keeping in mind if you’ll be out most of the day or staying over a weekend. At check-in, reception felt a bit chilly. The staff were chatting with each other before getting to my check-in.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the hotel is near Frankfurt Central Railway station. It was fairly quiet, too. The bed felt too soft for me, though. Some rooms connect to the neighboring room, which seems ideal for families.

The room we were given was awful. There was shower grime and cobwebs, the refrigerator was rusty, and everything seemed dirty or filthy. Worst of all, the hotel had bedbugs and was in a really, really bad state. This was a terrible hotel.

For a night or two when you need to catch a train from Frankfurt Hbf, the price and location near Frankfurt’s main station are decent. There’s also a bathtub in the bathroom. The room and facilities feel basic and dated, though, and construction is underway. They start drilling at 8am. The receptionists were nice enough, but check-in took almost 10 minutes, so be prepared to wait.

It’s close to the station, but the area didn’t feel good. The hotel itself was in poor shape, with construction going on, dirty public spaces, and a very worn room that smelled of smoke. Breakfast wasn’t worth what it cost.
