The bed was comfortable, the shower worked and had warm water, and the price and location were OK. But the room felt extremely uncosy, with just a ceiling light and no reading lamp. There were very few outlets, so bring an extension cord if you want to use the TV. The bathroom was tiny, and the public areas were grimy and needed a thorough clean. There is technically a reception, but it was locked when I arrived. I called a number, and someone showed up quite quickly to let me in. If you’re driving, parking is a problem. I had to leave the car on a street 15 minutes away on foot. Bauhaus next door had a huge lot with lots of empty spaces, but only allowed parking for two hours. The hotel should make a deal with them for a few spaces, if you ask me.

The room was clean and pleasantly warm, and I didn’t find anything uncomfortable during my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, which made me feel at ease. Thanks to you, I had a wonderful time in Germany. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay nearby, and I’d happily book it again if I return to the area. Thank you so much! 🍀

The rooms are basic, but they’re perfectly fine for a few nights. We were welcomed very warmly, and everything was great. The reception isn’t staffed all the time, but there’s a sign on the door with a mobile number, and you can reliably reach someone there. Thanks again! :)

The only real plus was the tram stop very close by. The photos online don’t match what you find: it seems like an old apartment building converted into a hotel, with more of a hostel feel. I had a shared bathroom for the floor to get used to, and my room had what looked like dismantled bunk beds. The TV wasn’t connected to an antenna, and its power cord couldn’t reach the outlet. Thin curtains let in light from the streetlamp. The shower drain was so slow that the water quickly came up to my ankles, and the windows looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned in about six months.
