Clean rooms and a really good breakfast were the only bright spots for us. Before we arrived, I’d completed the online check-in and chosen a particular room, but the hotel had no record of it and had already assigned that room to someone else. Getting there was frustrating from the start: my card was declined three times, so I had to pay by bank transfer instead. At check-in, the receptionist handed over a key card without telling us where the room was, how to reach it, when breakfast was, or any of the other usual details.

The whole team was courteous and attentive, which made my stay more pleasant. I was traveling alone in Frankfurt for the first time, but I never felt on my own because the welcome was so warm. Le Nu Mai Chi was especially kind, thoughtful, and helpful, and made me feel completely at ease. She’s a real asset to the hotel. I wish her every success in her career, she has all the qualities to go far in hospitality.

Jarret at the front desk was especially considerate and helpful, and the staff in general were super friendly, always smiling. The rooms are clean, though on the compact side. The lobby and gym were also clean and well kept. It’s an excellent select service hotel, and I had a very nice stay. I’d recommend it.

The lobby can get a little loud, and there was a long line with lots of calls coming in. Still, Le Nu Mai Chi welcomed us so warmly when we arrived a bit early, and took time to write down train connections for our next trips in Hessen. We only waited about 15 minutes.
