The only snag for me was that the bedroom remote didn’t always work. Aside from that, the rooms felt just right, comfortable without being overdone, and the hotel grounds were lovely and spotless. Getting into the city or to the airport was simple. The food was beautifully prepared and just the right size. The staff were amazing, addressed us by name, and remembered little details. They were so helpful that one concierge even called another over the weekend to make sure our requests were taken care of. From arrival to departure, this was one of the best experiences I HAVE EVER HAD! Treat yourself and stay here. This place is FANTASTIC!

We liked the hotel generally, and our room was set up with roses for our anniversary. The pool booking was a letdown, though. At our reserved time, the water was freezing. I put my toes in for two minutes hoping it might warm up, but couldn’t feel them for about 30 minutes afterward. The jacuzzi and steam room weren’t working either, so all we got was the hot sauna. We’d been excited for our reserved swim and were very disappointed. It would have helped to know beforehand, so our expectations weren’t so normal.

We had a very pleasant stay at Villa Kennedy. The hotel is beautiful, and room service was quick and good. Gianna, the concierge, was especially helpful and booked us some lovely restaurants and spa treatments. The spa and pool area are very nice too. One suggestion: please have antibacterial gel available at breakfast. The dispenser wasn’t working, and it felt unsanitary to go to the buffet without being able to clean our hands.

The included breakfast was fabulous, and the decorations and fresh flowers were really well done. The staff were great across housekeeping, the restaurant, and the front desk. The internet connection was also great, the best we had during our extended holiday in Europe. This felt like a 6 star hotel and was great value. It was our first stay at a Rocco Forte Property, but it won’t be our last!!!!!!

A beautiful, cosy hotel, with a stunning room that had a big sofa and a dinner table. I especially liked the thoughtful lobby corner for people with early flights, with fresh coffee, pastries, and juice ready around 5-6 in the morning. It’s also a nice spot for some quality, high-class shopping :)
