The bus and tram stop is right behind BB hotel Sud, so getting around by public transport was easy. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. The hotel was clean and felt safe, the employees were friendly, and breakfast was top notch. Our room worked perfectly for two adults and two children. You can buy a welcomekarte for €27 to explore the Freiburg region over three days. Thanks very much!

We had a great stay. We booked one triple room and one double, and both the rooms and bathrooms were super clean. Parking was free, the Wi-Fi was good, and we enjoyed being there.

We stayed overnight while passing through on holiday, and it suited us well, especially with kids since there are rooms with bunk beds. Breakfast was good, but there wasn’t much service available in the evening. Parking costs extra and didn’t feel secure, so I think it should have been included.

We were traveling with two adults and two children, and everything seemed new, clean and in order. The staff were really nice and helpful. Our daughters especially loved the bunk bed and the breakfast.

We were happy with our stay, thanks to the amazing service. Marina, who was there between 12:00 -14:00 on the first, 2026, was very friendly.
